Due to this incident, she is suffering from depression, panic attacks, and anxiety, and she is no longer wanted to work as a massage therapist.
Solis made a statement saying she was afraid but now not afraid anymore. During the press conference held by attorney Tony Buzbee. 22 other women have filed a lawsuit against Deshaun Watson for sexual harassment. They accused stating he was forcefully kissing them without their permission and touching them with his penis during the massage therapy. one woman among them accused that he forced her for Oral sex in December during the massage. All the women who have accused him are in Spa or either the massage therapist.
Tony Buzbee, the lawyer who represented all 22 women, and told it was not only Solis but also another client of his have come forward to file a lawsuit against the NFL player. Solis said, “I got into massage therapy to heal people, to heal their minds and bodies, to bring peace to their souls. Deshaun Watson has robbed me of that”. However, Rusty Hardin the American attorney, who is Watson’s lawyer, says that his client was being blackmailed by them and failed to attempt by asking Watson’s for $30,000.
On March 16th, 2021 Watson posted a statement on Twitter and declines the allegation against him by writing “I have never treated any woman with anything other than the utmost respect. The plaintiff’s lawyer claims that this isn’t about money, but before filing the suit he made a baseless six-figure settlement demand.”
Solis told that she received a text message from Watson regarding the incident but she did not respond to the same and told her “Sorry about you feeling uncomfortable,” read the text message. “Never were the intensions. Lmk if you want to work in the future. My apologies.” Buzbee has shared the text message received from Watson
