This bill would do that.” Furthermore, he said “By providing affordable child care, affordable elder care, we’re going to help get those people back into the workforce, which will reduce price pressures while also reducing the practical costs that Americans face. That’s the case we’re going to make and that’s the case why delivering right now for the American people is the right thing to do.”

From January 2015 to January 2017, he worked as the Senior Advisor to the president at The White House. Since October 2017, Brian is the Global Head of Sustainable Investing at BlackRock. Currently, he is serving as the 13th Director of the National Economic Council, under Joe Biden.
