Aldis Hodge is an American actor who is best known for his portrayal of Alec Hardison on the TNT series Leverage. His real name is Aldis Alexander Basil Hodge and born on September 20, 1986. Some of his other appearances include Levi Jackson in the 2016 film Hidden Figures, MC Ren in the 2015 biopic Straight Outta Compton and as Noah in the WGN America series Underground.
The 33-year-old actor is now making his appearance in the upcoming 2020 American science fiction psychological horror film “The Invisible Man” which is written and directed by Leigh Whannell. It is the adaptation of the novel of the same name by H. G. Wells. The film stars Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Elisabeth Moss, Aldis Hodge, Harriet Dyer, and Storm Reid.
Story plot: The story revolves around a wealthy and brilliant scientist, Cecilia Kass (Elisabeth Moss), who is Trapped in a violent, controlling relationship and escapes in the dead of night and disappears into hiding. She is aided by her teenage daughter (Storm Reid), sister (Harriet Dyer) and their childhood friend (Aldis Hodge).
However, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, who is Cecilia’s abusive ex-boyfriend commits suicide and leaves her a generous portion of his vast fortune, which Cecilia suspects his death was a hoax.

The film is currently scheduled to release on February 28, 2020. It was originally scheduled to open on March 13, 2020, but the date was later changed to February.
The actor was born in Onslow County, North Carolina. He is the son of Aldis Basil Hodge and Yolette Evangeline Richardson. His father had served in the U.S. Marine Corps and is originally from Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Hodge’s mother is from Florida. Furthermore, he also has an older brother named Edwin Hodge, who is also an actor.
In the professional career, Aldis has been nominated several times and he also received a Saturn Award nomination in 2010, for Best Supporting Actor in Television for this role on Leverage. In 2019, Hodge began his role as Decourcy Ward in Showtime’s City on a Hill with Kevin Bacon.
